Chandos House Event Photography
Being a London event photographer takes me all over the city working in amazing venues. I really love my job and I recently got to enjoy doing some Chandos House event photographer work shooting a spectacular Great Gatsby Roaring 20’s themed party.
Chandos House is a stunning Georgian townhouse. Built between 1769 and 1771 the luxurious and elegant venue also has a great little secluded garden terrace perfect for some outside cocktails providing a peaceful oasis should you need a break from the dance floor. Once home to various Dukes, Counts and Barons, today the house is licensed to hold up to 150 guests and is available for exclusive use hire for all kinds of events.
The house is located between Portland Place, Oxford Circus and the fashionable Marylebone Village. It is just five minutes walk from Oxford Circus and Bond Street tube station.
With six elegant rooms over two floors, guests were treated to delicious cocktails as well as a vintage ice cream stand. Entertainment included a 1920’s jazz band, professional flapper dancers and a vintage singer. A fortune teller was also on hand to read the future of all the guests!
